How to Update

  1. Back up your Mac using Time Machine or your preferred backup method

  5. Click "Update Now" when macOS Tahoe 26.1 appears
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions
  7. Your Mac will restart to complete the installation
Tip: The Edge Light feature can be enabled in System Settings > Camera after updating to macOS Tahoe 26.1.

Known Issues
